Warranty Information  
All products sold by PoolHub.com carry a manufacturer warranty. The descriptions, claims, and installation instructions for all products on our site are those of the manufacturer. The consumer is responsible for submitting all warranty claims to the manufacturer.
   
Return Policy Details  
We recommend that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt for accuracy and shipping damage. It is important to evaluate heaters or other items delivered via common carrier while the delivery driver is present.  All products purchased from PoolHub.com may be returned for a full refund, excluding specially ordered items. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. Returned items must be unused and in the original delivered state. Installed merchandise is subject to the manufacturers’ warranty. PoolHub.com must be notified of your intent to return within 7 days of your receipt of any item. Use the “contact us” link at the bottom of this page to email a request for a Returned Goods Authorization for your product. We will assign a RGA number within 24 hours to document your return. Each RGA number is good for only one item and must match the item authorized for return. A minimum restocking fee of 15% may be assessed on any item authorized for return after seven days from your receipt or not in immediate resellable condition. 
 
   
Canceled Orders  

Our goal is to ship every order within 24 hours of  receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).  If an order is canceled after it has shipped, the shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from the product refund.  The cancellation of a special order will require a minimum restocking fee of 15%.  If you must cancel an order, contact us immediately via email using this contact us link or call us toll free at:
